Start With Reusable Boundaries
The design first reviewed the existing reactors, duct interfaces, installation space, sensor locations and shutdown window. Reusing equipment reduced demolition, but every retained component still required checks for dimensions, sealing, support, pressure loss and maintenance access.
Match Each Temperature Window
The engine side retained the existing reactor and received medium-temperature catalyst matched to its operating range. A new low-temperature catalyst module was installed in the boiler flue. Dosing and control parameters were recommissioned for both routes.
Read Shared-stack Data in Context
Because the monitoring point sits downstream of the combined flue, results must be interpreted together with the active equipment, load, reference oxygen and measurement conditions.
